All photos are subject to approval and may be rejected if they do not meet the noted specifications. Photos submitted are strictly used for the sole purpose of Walsh Student ID cards.

Do:
• Use a photo similar to a driver’s license or passport photo.
• Use a recent color photo with good lighting in JPG format.
• Use a plain, solid background.
• Make sure photo is centered and include the front view of the full face.
• Make sure eyes are open and visible.
• Crop the photo into a square just above the head to the top of your shoulders.

Don’t:
• Use images that are over or underexposed.
• Use a selfie or photo filters.
• Include other people or objects.
• Wear a hat or other items that will distort your face.
